The recommended daily dose for Collagen Native Type 2 is 4 capsules per day.

Collagen Native Type 2 may be taken whenever.  Many users find a time that fits with their lifestyle and schedule.

Collagen Native Type 2 may be taken with or without food.  We recommend taking each dose with a glass of water.
